Astrological calculations, interpretations, and predictions are offered for informational, cultural, spiritual, and personal-reflection purposes.
Astrology is not a substitute for professional counsel.
You should never rely solely on astrological predictions or calculations to make decisions relating to: medical diagnosis, mental health therapy, financial investments, litigation, employment contracts, marriage agreements, pregnancy, or emergency crises. Always consult licensed medical, legal, or financial professionals.
Divya Samhitha may provide automated AI-powered astrology guidance synthesized using large language models.
AI-generated responses are guidance-based and may contain occasional inaccuracies or interpretations with which you disagree. They are not guaranteed predictions of future occurrences, are not professional counsel, and should not be treated as factual certainty.
Astrologers and Pandits available through Divya Samhitha are independent practitioners and service providers, not employees of Kardent Labs Private Limited unless expressly stated.
While we take reasonable steps to verify practitioners, their personal opinions, astrological counsel, and conduct remain their sole responsibility.
Divya Samhitha does not guarantee that any consultation, prediction, ritual, puja, or spiritual practice will produce any particular result or outcome regarding wealth, employment, marriage, health, pregnancy, business success, or litigation.
Articles, daily transit charts, planetary analyses, and editorial content are curated in good faith. Astrological interpretations and tradition methods (such as Ayanamsa variations) may differ across classical schools and scholars.

Prices are inclusive of applicable GST in India and may differ depending on currency, platform billing rules, country, and promotional discounts.
Auto-renewing subscriptions renew automatically at the conclusion of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date. Subscriptions purchased through Apple App Store or Google Play are subject to the respective store's auto-renewal guidelines.
You may manage or cancel your subscription at any time via Google Play Subscriptions or Apple App Store Account Settings.
IMPORTANT: Uninstalling the Divya Samhitha app does NOT automatically cancel your subscription. You must cancel it directly in your Google Play or App Store account settings. Services remain accessible through the end of the paid billing period.
Free plan: 3 questions/month. Sampoorn / Plus plan: 30 questions/month. Additional question packs are available at ₹10 per question. Unused question quotas do not carry over to subsequent billing cycles.
Payments are processed securely through certified payment gateways and app-store in-app billing. We do not store complete payment-card numbers or banking passwords.
Refunds for in-app subscriptions follow Google Play and Apple App Store refund policies. For direct service or physical merchandise inquiries, please contact support@divyasamhitha.com.
Free versions may show respectful, non-invasive advertisements from verified ad networks. Paid subscribers enjoy an entirely ad-free experience.
You retain ownership of questions and content submitted by you. You grant Divya Samhitha a limited license to process and store that content to deliver and refine the Services. Submitting unlawful, abusive, or infringing content is strictly prohibited.
Personal data is handled in strict compliance with our Privacy Policy and the Indian Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 / DPDP Rules 2025.
You are responsible for supplying accurate birth coordinates and times. Inaccuracies directly impact the precision of astrological ascendants and planetary placements. Third-party profiles may only be created with proper consent.
All trademarks, algorithms, UI designs, Sanskrit translations, software, and content associated with Divya Samhitha are the exclusive intellectual property of Kardent Labs Private Limited. Unauthorized copying, scraping, or decompilation is strictly prohibited.
Users must not use the platform for unlawful activities, attempt unauthorized server access, scrape data, spam AI endpoints, circumvent quotas, or harass service providers.
The Services may link to or integrate with external payment gateways, mapping providers, and app stores. Divya Samhitha is not responsible for the independent operations or uptime of external services.
We endeavor to maintain high platform availability, but uninterrupted service is not guaranteed due to maintenance, software updates, or network issues.
Astronomical calculations depend on standard planetary ephemeris tables (e.g. Lahiri Ayanamsa). Slight variations may exist across different astrological software models.
Divya Samhitha is not an emergency response service.
If you are experiencing a medical, psychological, or physical emergency, contact local emergency hotlines or qualified healthcare professionals immediately.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Kardent Labs Private Limited shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from reliance on astrological interpretations, AI predictions, or independent provider advice.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kardent Labs Private Limited, its directors, and affiliates from claims, liabilities, or losses arising from your misuse of the platform or violation of these Terms.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, commit fraud, or abuse platform resources.
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued usage of the Services after updates takes effect signifies acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Competent courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India hold exclusive jurisdiction.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes statutory consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
If any provision is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and applicable service-specific terms, constitute the complete agreement between you and Divya Samhitha.
